Katie is lovely. She makes you feel at ease and very welcome. My nails are perfect, she's very talented. Have booked another 2 appointments as she gets booked up quickly, which speaks volumes for the standard of her work.

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Always answered my questions if I've any concerns about my skin. Always feel very pampered and come out looking and feeling much better. Always have a laugh and a chat. Visited Paula today for a facial tailored to my skin type. As usual it was a wonderful relaxing experience. Paula never fails to impress me. She is extremely professional whilst also being warm and welcoming. Can highly recommend Paula. Visit often and have never been disappointed.

Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .
