It was my first visit today and found Paula to be lovely. I really enjoyed my pedicure as Paula was very mindful that I had difficulty lifting my legs up. I have made my next appointment and looking forward to going.

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. Paula is very professional and always works hard to ensure her clients have a fabulous experience. She has always been honest and straight with me, advising me the best way to go and charging accordingly. Eg sometimes I only need half an eyebrow wax so that’s what I get and what she charges me for.
