I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. First time I visited. They have done an excellent job at hair and make up for the speech day at school. It was very very hot and my makeup stayed, didn't smudge or mess. Same with my hair. I am very happy with the result. I will go back again definitely and would recommend anyone who needs hair and makeup for a special occasion.
