I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .

First time with Alice and very happy with my nails and overall experience 😊. She made me feel very comfortable and she’s easy to talk to. I had 3 tattoos done by Kelsey which I just love, Kelsey was great I changed my mind about a tattoo which she wasn’t phased by at all. I will be back often for more for sure, the salon is in a lovely little spot too.
