Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I have been going to Paula for 40+years, having had facials, waxing, nails, pedicures, massage and would not go anywhere else. Paula has always been very professional and understanding of my needs. Always answered my questions if I've any concerns about my skin. Always feel very pampered and come out looking and feeling much better. Always have a laugh and a chat. Would highly recommend Paula for her amazing treatments and knowledge.

Not only her professionalism is second to none and the quality of her treatments, which I’ve had a few, are top notch. It’s Paula herself, calm, caring and very considerate to my needs. So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended

Gemma was fantastic as always. Full leg wax, v mould and full body massage. Waxing is never high on the list of ‘fun’ things to do but Gemma always makes it as pleasurable an experience as possible by making sure you’re comfortable and at ease all the way through the process. Massage was brilliant. Gemma was able to release several tension knots, constantly checking that everything was fine and I left feeling absolutely amazing. So pleased I found Gemma and have no hesitation in recommending her 🌟
