Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I was so tense but now I feel like I'm floating after the Indian head massage and it's so nice to get my face looking fresh again after the Dermaplanning. I highly recommend both treatments and they work well together. Fantastic price too. Thanks Abbie 😘

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Amazing as always, the most comfortable waxing experience !

So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended
