The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

Staff are polite and friendly , the salon was clean and welcoming. I had my brows and lashes done, Paige listened to my request and did a beautiful job. She was clean and efficient. No wax residue left on my face or random dye marks like other places. I Will be going again

This was the first appointment I booked with Beauty box and I was a little nervous going for a wax with someone new, but I shouldn’t of been. The lady who waxed me was so friendly and professional. I now have a new place to go for my waxing 10/10! 100% recommend this place for waxing

Honestly she’s the best!! If you’re thinking of having a wax, just do it. I used to shave and it’d grow fully back in a week. I have not had it grow that thick again! It takes at least 6 weeks to start growing back and even then it’s only a few hairs!! So glad I decided to get a wax xx

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

I've recently had lip blush 💋 and powder brows with Naomi, and absolutely love them. I'm a 50 year old woman and my brows were looking. ...well they were invisible, and now it actually looks like I have eyebrows, but very very natural. And my lips have a flush of beautiful colour. I’ve been to many nail salons and have stayed with the same one for over five years now. However, I decided to try something different today and I can honestly say that it was the best experience I have ever had before. Chad was absolutely amazing, such a warm and friendly face with such talent. She even squeezed me in for french tips, when I only booked for a colour by mistake! Will be coming back again, without a doubt.
