Natalie is awesome! Her work ethic is incredible and I was so impressed by how much she values her clients and will always make time for them. I had a waxing appointment with her and she made me feel very at ease and chatted so that I barely noticed the waxing! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I’ve only very recently moved to Cardiff so was so pleased to find a nail technician who replied to my messages while I was still living out of the area. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. My nails look great, Jessica is a pleasure to be with and so accommodating. I can’t praise her enough I’m already looking forward to my next appointment 😊

My first facial with Cait and it wont be my last! I went for the chemical peel and my skin is GLOWING! She explained the process, uses lovely products and helped guide me with what to choose to get the glow I wanted!

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! The standard that Victoria has set with her business is exceptional. Thank you Ella and Posh Beauty team for amazing customer service and fabulous nails!

A lovely afternoon with Leanne, thank you for having me. Leanne and the girls are a friendly, professional, lovely bunch! Not being a fan of having my legs waxed, Leanne put me at ease and made me feel comfortable from the get go. The room is relaxing, the wax was a breeze to put on and off and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for waxing!

Amazing Cait as always...fab facial and no fuss waxing....Great.

My first visit and it was perfect. Jodie did a fabulous job with my nails and my eyebrow wax and it was lovely to spend time in her company. Lovely to meet Natalie too. Looking forward to coming back very soon!

Absolutely in love with my nails! Ella is incredible—I’ve lived in Bristol for 10 years and never had anyone do my nails like her. I’m so lucky to have chosen Posh Beauty and Academy as my first salon in Cardiff. She was so thoughtful, helped fix issues from previous acrylics, and gave the best advice—two chromed nails on each hand were definitely the right call! She truly cares about her work, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Ella—I’ll definitely be back!
