Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

My appointment with Nilima was exceptional. I was having eyebrow, threading and facial waxing for the first time and she put me at ease and spent time making sure I was happy with everything. Nilima is highly skilled and competent in her profession and I look forward to my next treatment.

Great facial by Poojah. Perfect pressure for the massage. My only gripe is when you are left with a face mask on during a facial - as I was here. I wish all therapists would make better use of the time eg do a hand or arm or head massage for you. I can sit with a face mask on at home! Other than that, no complaints and will return.

Amazing, booked in for strip wax as that’s all I ever known. Calandra gave me the option of V wax, explained the benefits and also the price difference. I decided to give it a try and I am soo glad I did! Don’t think I will go back to strip waxing now. Friendly and welcoming service
