I had a facial massage treatment with Kumi, and I must say — I’ve had many treatments in my life, but Kumi’s is definitely one of the best! It’s gentle yet powerful, with no pain or unnecessary drastic techniques — everything feels simple, natural, and exactly as needed. I can already see myself becoming a VIP very soon! I got off the treatment table feeling extremely refreshed:)

I had the most amazing lymphatic massage with Paloma today, and I can’t recommend her enough! She focused on my stomach to help with my tummy issues, and the results were incredible. Paloma’s technique is so calming yet effective, and I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and completely relaxed. I also had the facial add on, which made my face so sculpted and glowing 🥰

I bought a hydro facial coupon on Groupon and used it today. This is one of the best experience I’ve had so far from Groupon purchases. The appointment was about 1.5 hours. Half an hour with a lady who analyzed my skin and gave me some good maintenance suggestions. The facial was about an hour long. The lady performed a thorough clean and a very relaxing massage. The cooling mask at the end was very soothing. Overall it was an excellent experience. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Such a wonderful experience! The room was nice and warm which was a huge contrast to the cold and rain outside. My therapist was softly spoken and made sure the pressure, heat of the hot stones and that I was comfortable throughout the massage. I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable and loved the massage and facial. My skin is glowing now and I feel so calm. Thank you !!!

Rena was amazing! I got a Facial Lymphatic Massage and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. She was super gentle, really knew what she was doing, and made me feel totally at ease the whole time. My face felt so much lighter and refreshed afterward. Second treatment with the Kolgi facial massage - still good!! Soooo relaxing, fell asleep again unintentionally LOL! Face is glowing and sculpted. The team at Zen is amazing, as they would always make sure your specific concerns are met at each treatment and would never assume you would just want the "usual". Will be making this treatment a regular routine for me!

Mayumi is really good at what she does! I highly recommend giving her a go and I’m keen to try their other services like facials or shorter massages. My go-to is the 90min swedish oil massage.

Giovana and I share the same values when it comes to healthy living — including food, drinking water, moderate exercise, sleep, skincare, and using less toxic or invasive products. I really appreciated her approach to products, facial massages, and her list of recommended items to Google or try at home. I could genuinely feel the softness on my face afterward.
