Wow wow wow! After building the miles up the past few months ahead of the Manchester marathon, this was exactly what my tootsies needed! Leanne had the room toastie warm with low lighting and meditation music playing. It was absolute heaven! I cannot wait to get my next treatment booked in!

Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. I had a massage with Tracey and it was really good. I’ve never had a professional massage before and Tracey was very kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I always have an excellent experience with Mayra. She is professional, attentive and really understands how to work on tension in the body. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more relaxed and all the knots have been properly released. My body feels better afterwards. I would highly recommend her.

As always, my reflexology session was amazing! I’d been struggling with foot pain, and feeling like the whole of my foot isn’t complete balanced, or indeed on the floor, or in my shoes. After my session, that was fixed completely, I felt so much lighter and the pain was relieved.
