Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. I always have an excellent experience with Mayra. She is professional, attentive and really understands how to work on tension in the body. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more relaxed and all the knots have been properly released. My body feels better afterwards. I would highly recommend her.

As always, my reflexology session was amazing! I’d been struggling with foot pain, and feeling like the whole of my foot isn’t complete balanced, or indeed on the floor, or in my shoes. After my session, that was fixed completely, I felt so much lighter and the pain was relieved.
