Tracey is amazing! She listens really carefully and asks questions to ensure her treatment is fully tailored to your needs. I have had two massages with her and can’t recommend her highly enough! On top of superb skills and experience, she is a genuinely lovely person to boot!

I’ve been coming to Tracey for massages for around two years and she is honestly the BEST! With her nursing background and training in so many different techniques, she really knows her stuff. I have scoliosis and a spinal fusion and Tracey has helped so much with my back pain and tension. After recently having endometriosis surgery, I was feeling stiff and tense everywhere, but I left feeling so much more limber and comfortable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. If you’re considering massage, reiki or lymphatic drainage, you HAVE to book with Tracey! 💛

Excellent session- feeling much better. Tracey was warm and welcoming, and we were able to have a full discussion afterwards which I found very helpful.

Such a brilliant massage today as usual! The pressure was perfect, and Tracey listens to creates the perfect massage which for me means working on problem areas but also giving me proper time to relax. After a block of weekly sessions for a niggling shoulder injury it is still doing amazingly well 8 weeks on, and it was lovely to see the difference again today. I feel great and have already booked my next treat in 4 weeks! 💆‍♀️✨

I love the treatment microneedling with rf. Karolina is very attentive and really knows her work. Well, do not judge prematurely that the treatments are done at home. I can see the improvement in my acne scarring.

I am regular client at REM Studio from many years. Karolina managed to help me out with the worst body pains and long term health conditions, till the point I am only coming for meintenance and relax therapies. Regular Sauna infrared appointments made me feel much better as well as cupping and acupuncture. I also have to mention physio and 1:1 sessions where Karolina and her team choosing individual exercises, I am so happy and for a long time didn't feel as good as now. Thank you!
