Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I always have an excellent experience with Mayra. She is professional, attentive and really understands how to work on tension in the body. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more relaxed and all the knots have been properly released. My body feels better afterwards. I would highly recommend her.
