Agata is very professional, but what stood out to me most was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the whole massage. I had a wonderful experience with Polina. She did a very detailed manicure with great patience and care, and I really appreciated how attentive she was to my request to polish the cuticles instead of cutting them. She respected that preference perfectly and worked very gently throughout. My nails look incredibly thin, neat, and beautifully shaped - exactly how I like them. The finish is very precise and elegant. You can really tell she takes pride in doing meticulous work. Thank you, Polina, for such a careful and professional manicure. Agata was brilliant- she was patient, helpful and gave a very professional and thorough deep tissue massage. I had woken in the morning and found i had lots of pain behind my shoulder blade and up my neck. Agata explained what she could do to best help given image freshness of the pain and also gave me advice for exercises to do at home. My shoulder was much improved by later that day after seeing her so I woukd highly recommend and I will most definitely look to book back in with her when I'm next back in Blackheath.
