I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. I booked in with Pik Kei not quite knowing what to expect, and left already planning my next appointment. She has an amazing feel and approach, almost a dance-like motion as she works, so the whole thing feels like one continuous wave rather than a series of techniques. She found the spots I didn’t even know were holding tension and worked them properly. You can feel the Orchid Method training in everything she does: the pacing, the pressure, the confidence...
