Was recommended this salon by a friend so I could get my nails done for a wedding I’m attending as a bridesmaid. From start to finish I received amazing service, I was offered a cup of tea or coffee which was a first for me at a nail salon! Such a lovely and friendly place, found my go to salon!

Great as always! Had an evening appointment but the place was full of people getting the nails ready for the holidays. Poppy was lovely to chat with (as always) and got my tartan nail design spot on. See you in 2024 (for something a bit less detailed in January I promise)!

Jaki is such a talented and magical nail technician, if you want nails that prevail through anything and last in spite of what you may put them through (such as being clumsy af with minimal spacial awareness and a tendancy to submerge your hands in water more than the average person) and nail art that will get you compliments in spite of said adversity to your nails then you should DEFOS come to Nova Nails. On top of all this Jaki is just such a wonderful and funny human, if we hade more Jaki's the world would be a lot more fun!

Marlena is such a comforting and kind person who provides a 5-star service, I highly recommend her to everyone I meet. I was initially apprehensive when looking for a nail artist as I struggle with biting my nails, but I felt safe and understood by her instantly. I saw a pic on Pinterest that I loved style-wise but wasn’t wild about the colors so Taff helped me choose 2 different polishes that would let us achieve the design I liked but make it my own + update it to be much more fresh and modern. The finished art is like a Gatsby dream with just a touch of subtle glitter—it’s bold, something most people I meet haven’t seen before, yet very classic + sophisticated. Just perfect! P.S. I don’t think Fresha shows my reviews on the appt date but the date I wrote them so my bad for being behind—I didn’t get my nails done 3 times in one morning 😂

I got biab done here today and it was my first time ever visiting the shop. The lady that did my nails,Anna was so so friendly and lovely to chat with. She made me feel really comfortable and did an incredible job with the nails, she was very attentive and didn’t rush but at the same time also got the nails done time efficiently. She even added on some nail art free of charge which was very very much appreciated. I really recommend this salon as the service is wonderful and the prices are great.
