Really recommend the back massage! Had an amazing back massage today which really eased the tension in my neck and shoulders. Really relaxing treatment room, very comfy massage bed and Dawn was really lovely and attentive to my neck issues. I will definitely be back!

The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! I highly recommend The Venue Salon Westbourne for your next self-care fix!

I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Back to see Jess again today for a full body polish & massage. As with the other treatments she has given me, I came away feeling very relaxed. She has a very professional manner for a young girl & it is this that gave me confidence in her. She would be a valued addition to any beauty salon.

I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft! Laura took great care of my feet today. It was the first time that I was seen by Laura at The Venue, Westbourne. She's a very personable, knowledgeable and efficient young woman. I do a lot of walking and my feet needed some serious attention, which Laura gave so diligently. The salon was clean and welcoming.

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!
