The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! I highly recommend The Venue Salon Westbourne for your next self-care fix!

Wonderful experience, Char was so warm and welcoming, felt very at ease, happy to chat but also happy to sit in quiet if that is what you prefer. Technician standards were brilliant and regularly checked in with me to ensure I was happy throughout the whole process! I believe I have finally found my regular nail tech!

Lou is amazing. I've only ever felt relaxed in home style salons and Lou really has a lovely relaxing vibe and a warm atmosphere (not forgetting the warm beauty table!). I searched for a long time after moving to the area and my search is most definitely over. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and I always look forward to my next treatment!

Not just your standard Swedish full body she was able to pin point tight spot through touch and work through them. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.
