I had intimate hollywood waxing with jo and there was next to no pain, she was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease and was over and done in very good time. Will definatley book again. Highly recommend this establishment for all beauty needs. Not only is cassidy an incredible person she's achieved so much and will achieve complete greatness in what ever she sets her mind to. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

I had a full body lymphatic massage at Just Skin and my experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Laeti was amazing. We discussed my main concerns in detail, and I never once felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d booked a neck and back with Nikki, but she realised I needed more and as a courtesy used hot stones to help and did a full body treatment, which is what I really needed. She was brilliant at spotting the points where I needed more help and working on them. I was so impressed. Would highly recommend and will definitely start once a month.
