I saw add in happy Buddha window .I’ve had TMG jaw pain for a very long time .,2 days after a jaw massage the pain was gone .I am very Surprised and impressed ,Kimberlys body knowledge and it’s connection's is a gift ,very kind and professional ,second appointment already booked .

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

Amy is an experienced lady who offers a first class experience in neck,back and shoulder massage plus so many other lovely beauty specials

Had the most amazing massage today with Tiarna, she really helped ease my back pain and gave lots of great advice. Would definitely recommend and will be back again for another!

Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.

I have been getting back pain in my sacrum area for 2 months. I had a massage by Julie a few days ago and I am amazed how much better I feel after that. My back feels stronger and I have less ache after sitting at the desk for a long time. Thank you Julie and I will definitely return to continue my treatment after my holiday.

I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results!
