As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results! She is the kindest and most considerate beauty specialist I’ve ever been too as she really listens her clients from what I have experienced! Plus she offers loads of amazing services to try and treat yourself too! 🫶🏼

This was my first ever facial and it was absolutely amazing. Lucy is super lovely, friendly and professional and the space was cosy and welcoming, not to mention the products used smelt amazing and have left my skin feeling so lovely and soft, will be back very soon :)

I had a foot health appointment with Lili which I have every month as have exceptionally bad feet and twisted toes. Lili worked tirelessly on relieving me of a particularly painful corn. Then had the tidying up of the toe nails and buffing of the feet and removal of dead skin, etc. Finally, a relaxing feet and lower legs massage. An essential and must have treatment. I now have pain free walking. Thankyou Lili.

I have been getting back pain in my sacrum area for 2 months. I had a massage by Julie a few days ago and I am amazed how much better I feel after that. My back feels stronger and I have less ache after sitting at the desk for a long time. Thank you Julie and I will definitely return to continue my treatment after my holiday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing first experience with the lymphatic machine and oxygen capsule treatment. Both were so relaxing and I felt refreshed and lighter afterwards. Olga was fantastic — professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!
