I had a wonderful 60 minute deep tissue massage with Ana. As a busy mum of a 1 8 month old old and also working full time it's easy to forget to take time for yourself. My muscles were really starting to ache from sitting at a desk all day, evenings spent on the floor with my toddler, and picking all 35lbs of her up multiple times a day! Ana listened to my concerns and problem areas, explained everything thoroughly, and was reassuring, professional, and did an excellent job at releasing the tension in my tight muscles. Thanks Ana and The Venue for relaxing this tired mama!

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

I had such a wonderful massage with Bethany. She’s such a sweet girl and has the most soft and delicate hands. I left feeling so relaxed, it was exactly what I needed. A beautiful new salon, a warm welcome and I’m looking forward to coming back for more treatments. Xx

The masseuse was very professional- she got rid of my pain in my calves, was very relaxing and I am so happy as I will be going back continuously from now on. Brilliant foot care the best in Poole

Amazing massage! Always worried about trying somewhere new as massages are often too soft but this was amazing! Pressure was great! 100% recommend and going back for lots more treatments

I just experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening disguised as a deep-tissue massage. I went in feeling like a slightly crumpled houseplant and emerged feeling like I'd gone ten rounds with a particularly enthusiastic badger. Let's be clear, the therapist clearly knew their stuff. They found knots I didn't even know existed. I'm pretty sure they unearthed some ancient tension dating back to the invention of the wheel. Each press, each knead, felt like a tiny exorcism of strimmediately by the agonizing release where I had to fight to not gravitate to the light..
