I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow! Wow! What an amazing experience since I set foot through the door! These women are kind, compassionate and know how to treat a client. Very clean, efficient and knowledgeable. I had a very grown out pixie cut as I was growing my hair and it was growing out in "stompies". Bronwyn saved my mirror from cracking! I left with a proper redo and ended up with a sleek bob! The prices are reasonable and one can go... more than a once a year for a cut as it doesn't break the bank. Thank you ladies. I'm coming back!

I had a treatment with Sameera and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The facial was incredibly relaxing and professional and my skin feels refreshed and radiant. For me,the best part was the neck, shoulder and buccal massage.I have struggled with a stiff,caught neck for the past few months, and after the treatment I can finally turn my head both ways without the usual tension. I left feeling relaxed, renewed, and genuinely impressed. I would highly recommend this treatment, especially to anyone dealing with facial tension, TMJ discomfort, or stiffness in the neck and shoulders.
