Melissa is hands down the best person I’ve ever had a facial with. She is thorough, knowledgeable and clever. I love how she thinks through the treatment and covers all the bases to deliver the very best. Plus she is so lovely! I felt at ease and could feel I was in good hands. She followed up with me in the days after to make sure my skin was responding well and to help me make the best choices. I thoroughly enjoyed the micro needling session and can’t wait to see the results. I’m Already seeing results only 2 days later. Thank you Melissa 💗👌

Absolutely deliciously divine! I’ve been for countless other facials and spa treatments before but this was the crème de la crème of treatments. It wasn’t just a facial it was an experience and that’s what sets it apart from other places/ treatments. The therapist is a stunning human who really spoils the client above and beyond the treatment booked. I felt like a new person after just an 1hr booking!

Amazing! Maxine is a sweetheart to talk to, and really amazing at her craft. I felt very taken care of, and I was exceptionally happy with the results of my microneedling and massage treatments. My skin is glowing, we had many laughs, and you can be sure I'll be back again soon.

Without a doubt, this was the best facial I have ever had. I've had facials at many different places around the world but nothing compares to Aunty Sameera’s passion, level of care, expertise and attention to detail. She doesn't simply follow a routine, she carefully assesses your skin, understands exactly what it needs and tailors the treatment accordingly. Every step is intentional, thorough and done with genuine care. Her gentle, calming nature makes the whole experience even more special. From the second you walk through the door, she welcomes you and you just know you’re in good hands.

Great Nanoneedling done by Maxime at the Lotus Flower. The results have been amazing. Massive reduction in fine lines and wrinkles over a few sessions and the treatment leaves the skin feeling extra smooth and radiant. Maxime is very knowledgeable, professional and she creates a personalized treatment plan to suit your skincare needs. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I recently had my first consultation and facial with Melissa to address concerns around ageing and pigmentation, and it was an excellent experience. She was both caring and gentle throughout the treatment, while also being highly knowledgeable. Melissa took the time to clearly explain the available options tailored to my skin concerns, which made me feel confident and well-informed. Her pricing is fair, and the overall experience felt both professional and personalised. I look forward to continuing my journey with her to maintain healthy, radiant skin for years to come.

Had the most incredible facial and brow treatment with Sameera. She is so perceptive and skilled, and the entire experience was just magical. My skin was glowing for ages after and the fascia massage helped unlock my jaw which had been bothering me for weeks. Thank you so much

I had a wonderful facial with Melissa. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, why it was being done, and how it benefits my skin, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much more informed about my skin. I’ve already booked to go back next month and I’m really looking forward to it. Highly recommend! ✨💆‍♀️
