First time getting a Hollywood wax and I was really nervous, but the experience was much better than I expected. It was a bit painful at times, but the therapist; Lauren K Kincaid made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout. The results were super smooth and clean, definitely worth it. I had a lovely experience at K&R, I decided to try one of their deals from Hyperli and despite it being a discounted deal, it was most definitely not a discounted service… Kaneesha took her time and was so meticulous in explaining every step of my facial. I have been to a number of aesthetics clinics and spas, some at 5 star establishments and the level of service I received from K&R was right on par! I can’t commend them enough. Such a fantastic experience. I will be back again and again! The venue was clean, neat, smelled amazing, the classical music was relaxing and enjoyable!! 6 Stars!
