I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

I had my initial consultation and first treatment session at Mara.h Skin and they were exceptional. The clinic itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the whole experience felt professional from start to finish. Marina was knowledgeable, caring, and clearly took the time to understand my skin. I have pretty complicated pigmentation and melasma and have had consultations at a few different clinics, but this was by far where I felt I was in the best hands.

I have been coming to chatswood Refine Health & Skin Clinic for a while now for facial & Indiba treatments . The experience I just had with Angel is amazing. She is professional & knowledgeable. Angel also did a really great job making me feel comfortable and looked after. She also kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok and most comfort.
