Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! She took her time and made sure I was enjoying every minute. Ashley also gave me some useful advice on how to maintain my skin. Will definitely be returning xxx

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Very friendly. The have the quickest waxer in England!. My eyelashes look insanely gorgeous. They do hydro facials as well which im thinking of doing.

I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

Fran is the most talented skin aesthetician I have ever encountered and I have been receiving skin treatments and beauty treatments for years! I live in London and will travel specifically to Fran’s salon in Swansea because I am yet to find work as good as hers! She is also friendly, honest and the sweetest person! Love her and all the treatments. She keeps me glowing xx

Went in today for a hot stones and facial. Came out feeling so relaxed and pampered. Fell asleep for some of it! I would recommend Morgan to everyone. Thankyou for a lovely treatment. Can't wait to come back 😀
