I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Racheal Katie Cosmetics! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was relaxing and inviting. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. I booked a Hydrafacial with Micheal, and it was beyond amazing. He was professional, attentive, and explained each step of the process, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and hydrated. Everything—from the service to the atmosphere—was top-notch. I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Would definitely recommend

Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I suffer with acne and the facial really helped with the appearance of my acne spots and also made my skin look super smooth too. The products used were amazing and smelled really nice. I cannot wait to book my next one. Thank you so much.

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!
