Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

I feel like a new person. Always have an excellent service whether at the Southampton or Southsea clinic. Super convenient to book in, extremely reasonable pricing for amazing results. I love how natural I look after jaw & nose filler today. Like me but from 10 years ago.

Where can I start. As I entered Kirsty’s treatment room I felt immediately calm. Kirsty welcomed me making me feel very special. Her treatment couch is so warm and I completely relaxed. I opted for a hydrating facial after a short discussion with Kirsty.

I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. Kirsty is amazing, she explains what will happen during the facial and is really knowledgeable. I completely trust that she knows exactly what my skin needs and I cannot wait for my next one with her! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am so glad i meet kirsty. she's given me 2x facials now and honestly i have never felt so relaxed before. I love a facial i have plenty but hers are 100% the best she takes her time and i never feel rushed. my skin was oily and i had blocked pores now i feel like my skin is clear and glowing. thank you so much xx

My first time with this and it was fab - it felt like a facial with benefits. I knew I had some hair on my face but this has made all the difference to my make up going on smoother. He was very gentle and careful, making sure everything was perfect and pain-free. The results are incredible — my skin looks fresher and years younger. I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. What really stood out was how comfortable and relaxed she made the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
