Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

Wendy takes good care of you, making you feel relaxed and pampered. It’s a real treat and I would highly recommend.

This was my first appointment with Rose having recently moved to Southampton. Changing hairdressers is always a bit scary but Rose made the transition seemless. She listened as well as guided and I'm delighted with my haircut. Thanks Rose!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Rose is a super beautician. She is very polite and attentive and listen to the requirements of the client. I thoroughly enjoy the body massage and facials done by her. I have been using the salon for last 2 years and have no complaints. I recommend others to try too.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. I had a reflexology treatment. Steph was warm and welcoming, the treatment was just what I needed to relax, the lavender eye mask was a nice addition. I would recommend to others.

Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!
