Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

Wonderful 1st visit to see Kat for a Glow Facail. My facial was heavenly & once I see how the products sit on my skin I will be back again soon to rebook. Kat is very knowledgeable and takes great care to ensure each step is comfortable on the skin. Very relaxing & cosy room too.

I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. Kirsty is amazing, she explains what will happen during the facial and is really knowledgeable. I completely trust that she knows exactly what my skin needs and I cannot wait for my next one with her! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. What really stood out was how comfortable and relaxed she made the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

I had a reflexology treatment. Steph was warm and welcoming, the treatment was just what I needed to relax, the lavender eye mask was a nice addition. I would recommend to others.
