From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Absolutely amazing experience. Lyn was so friendly and welcoming. Had the Japanese Head Spa for the first time. Amazing combination of a facial combined with massage and hair care. I've never felt so pampered! Environment is so calming with so much care taken into creating a relaxing mood. Would definitely recommend!

Ciara was really friendly! Ran me through what to expect and how to look after my lips to help swelling etc. I had watched a lot videos of people’s experiences saying lip filler was painful but honestly, it felt like the smallest pinch and then nothing at all whilst the filler was going in. She was very gentle which probably helped a lot! Really really recommend 💋❤️

Star continues to advise me on what is best for my hair and deliver exactly what we discuss. Today, my extensions were removed and a super cute little bob cut in. This is so my extensions don’t degrade from swimming in the pools and sea whilst I go on holiday. Happy to have made this decision as I really want to look after my extensions. Happy with the cut as well, and even offered me an alternative option so it wasn’t as expensive. Think I have found my forever hairdresser in Star, thank you so much.

I had my make up done before a friend’s wedding and I am so happy with the results! I was a bit worried about how my make up would last as it was such a hot day but my make up lasted perfectly (even into the evening)! Khloe is so lovely and made sure I was happy with every part of my make up! It was a lovely experience and I will definitely book again!

She dedicates her time in to making you feel as comfortable as possible and communicates perfectly. I feel very confident in her treating me, she never rushes appointments and explains in detail the process. She’s great!
