Brooklyn is bloody lovely! I just had the basic facial today and absolutely loved it. She always makes the experience so relaxing — the heated blanket was on and was all warm and cosy, and the treatment was amazing as always, my skin is glowing.

Pin was amazing and I have never had such an excellent deep tissue massage. Don’t let her tiny frame fool you - she is incredibly strong and uses absolutely the right pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed the mini facial and Indian head massage too. Would highly recommend.

I had a Hydro Facial today with Libby, who’s just joined the salon, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable right away and talked me through every step of the treatment with so much care and confidence. The facial itself was amazing—my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing already. Libby has such a gentle touch and a lovely, calming manner, but you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. For someone new to the salon, she delivered a truly professional experience.

Loved my facial - very relaxing!!

Lisa was incredibly warm and welcoming, she talked me through each step of the Korean Facial and even made a slight adjustment to ensure all the products were vegan. Her studio is calm and cosy and I had an hour of pure bliss. My skin has never looked so hydrated and I can’t wait to get booked in again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

10/10! I’ve tried and tested MANY clinics, facials and consultants - the Skinology clinic from start to finish is without a doubt my favourite experience so far! Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

First visit to this salon and what a fabulous experience. Booked an appointment for a hydra facial. On arrival Lisa sat me down and listened to what I wanted and advised that another facial would be more suitable for me. Throughout my whole visit I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The treatment itself has made my skin feel amazing and I have already booked in for another. Highly recommend this lovely salon and lovely staff.

I had a facial with Gemma. It was a great experience from start to finish. She took time time to understand my needs and used products to match my skin type. The results have been wonderful. Lovely dewy skin, which has lasted for days. The products where great, I even took some testers home, I loved them so much. Would definitely do this again and recommend to all my friends

Gemma’s new salon is fantastic and whether it’s nails. Laser, brows or facials she is brilliant at them all. She always makes me feel at ease and I love our friendly chats! 5 star all round!

It was my first time visiting this salon and it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I had the Hydration and Glow up Facial as well as a Gel manicure. Lisa is really easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I am very happy with both treatments and have booked a further appointment for next month. I would definitely recommend a visit to Lisa and this salon.
