My first time having a tui na therapy, I did not what to expect, thought it would be like a deep tissue massage, mentally prepared my self for some pain, but to my suprise, it was very relaxing, I feel fresh, I was not sure about going in with full stomach and ate an hour before, was bloated, the bloating dispaeard.
