Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Got my FIRST eyelash extensions for the first time on 09.02.2022 (I will NEVER forget this date as I was so excited, I arrived a week early 🤣 ) and what an absolute pleasure it was and still is to this day! I found a still find the process enjoyable and time flies by as we chat away. Yumna is a professional of note, so knowledgeable as well as being cognizant of the fact that I wear glasses and advised me on the length of the lashes I should consider. She explained everything she was doing as well as how best to maintain your new lashes (once you leave her care). Thank you Yumna ❤️

Had an excellent time! I highly recommend Bathile! I had initially come in for an acrylic set and once she assessed that my nails were weak, she recommended I do something that would help improve the health of my nails. The nails turned out so great!

This was my first at the Riverlands branch and I was really hoping that my experience would be different this time as I wasn't happy at the Rondebosch branch. Fortunate exceeded all my expectations. She's so sweet and has a gentle nature about her. She was extremely gentle with my hands. She takes her time yet she was thorough and efficient! I’m always happy with my nails at Rose Blvd Beauty Bar. The staff are always so kind, welcoming and professional. My nails have been healthy for over 2 years thanks to their team taking such good care. They are my first choice for a nail salon in Cape Town and always help squeeze me in between work with my limited availability. Not to mention how affordable they are too.

Oooow man! My appointments have started becoming a session I really look forward to. I changed my set from Acrylic to rubber base gel advised by Zinzi, this is my second set with the rubber base and I love love it. My nails a repaired and strong. Zinzis warmth is well received. Definitely a therapy session ❤️

My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.

I had a lovely experience here. It was my first time. The receptionist was sweet and polite. My nail tech Natasha was lovely and very efficient. I had an acrylic soak off and she was gentle and my nails smelled clean and looked lovely. The ladies who bring you a drink are super sweet as well. Lovely service and presentation! I would recommend this place for hygiene, workmanship and overall aesthetic of the store; overall experience and price. Worth it!
