I have been getting my nails done for years, today was my first appointment with Ellen and I can honestly say I have never been so happy and impressed with a set of nails. Ellen is extremely talented and knowledgable in her profession, her attention to detail is amazing. Ellen made me feel comfortable and relaxed and is a lovely lady. Ellen also has medical standard disinfecting procedures for her equipment and only uses safe, non toxic products. Her nail studio is located in a beautiful building not too far from harborne high street with ample parking. Highly recommended.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. Switched from acrylic to sculpted gel extensions at Inaru and wow, what a difference! They feel so much lighter while still giving me the length and strength I wanted didn’t think gel could do that. Renae took the time to properly assess my nails and talked me through a plan to improve their condition while still enjoying extensions safely. So happy with the results, I booked my next appointment before I even left! Highly recommend if you’re thinking about switching from acrylic.

I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

I had the Japanese Manicure at Inaru and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look so healthy with the most beautiful natural shine, no gel or acrylic needed. The attention to detail was incredible and it never felt rushed completely different from a typical salon visit. Even the little touches were lovely, the matcha from the drinks menu was so good. Already looking forward to my next visit!

As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

I’ve been coming to Inaru for over two years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Before Renae, my natural nails were always weak and breaking. She recommended switching from BIAB to sculpted hard gel and choosing a shape that suited my nails, and it’s made such a difference. She always checks how my nails are doing and recommends what they actually need. They’re so much stronger now and still look great after 3–4 weeks. Highly recommend x
