Relaxing and energizing experience as always. Pearl pampered me with an amazing facial. I was able to do some self care by using the spa. I enjoy the Himalayan Salt room as it helps reduce inflammation and control my asthma. My skin is soft after using the steam and my lungs feel great. I am able to breathe better after the steam room too. I was able to use the hot tub as part of my ankle fractured physical therapy -recovery. I even had the opportunity to be assessed for skin treatment as I have sun damage on my face. I have been coming here since ten years ago. The customer service is great!

She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. It was clear she really knew what she was doing — from the techniques she used to how she explained everything along the way. My skin has never looked this clear! This is the third time I come to this hidden gem, Nune did my nails today and I absolutely love how elegant they look! A little pricey, but the woman here definitely make you want to come back. I was treated with kindness and respect and I do want to say I was a tad annoying, I changed my mind on the polish I originally chose and she had no problem accommodating me! You can't go wrong with this place!

Lupita is a great massage therapist! After my surgery, she’s been taking such good care of me. She’s awesome, knows the right steps, and makes sure the massages are done properly. I definitely recommend this place, especially because I love that they start draining you right after surgery and follow your doctor’s orders. I’ve had a really good experience with Lupita. I’m very happy with my results and the care I’ve received. I can’t wait to keep coming down to Downey for my massages in the future!! I found such a great team and will definitely keep coming back.
