I had my hair and make up done here twice so far and both times I looked so amazing afterwards! Susie is the best makeup artist she listens to you and gives you exactly exactly what you want and makes you look like your best self! Rafi did a blowout on my hair and I wanted to look a little bit 70s for a dance party and he definitely delivered. I am so excited to go out tonight, thank you!

My first time here for a formal hair do and make up for a wedding, the staff was very nice and welcoming, very professional and very clean using disposable eye brushes for make up. I loved my final look. Edita did a great hair style my hair stayed put until the next day! And she had the sweetest personality treating gently. Alvin at Skin and Scissors Beauty Studio is amazing! He explained the difference between partial and full highlights in a way that actually made sense, and broke down what grey blending is supposed to look like (more natural, lived-in vs harsh lines). He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and checked in along the way, which made me feel really comfortable. I never felt rushed or unsure. He clearly knows what he's doing. I trusted his suggestions, especially with blending my highlights into my existing grays, my hair looks amazing. I will be back, thank you again!

The absolute best experience ever. My daughter felt heard, understood, and is loving her new look. She has not stopped taking selfies. My soon to be teen donated her hair and she feels that Alvin and Wigs for Kids was the best choice. She was nervous about getting her hair cut, but felt it was time. Her salon is inviting, the music is always right on point. I highly recommend you run, don’t walk, to get your hair styled by Shine while you can. I was really nervous about coming to get my hair done since it’s been some time I’ve gotten my hair dyed. I wanted to do a blonde streak on either side of my head—kind of an e-girl look. Not only did Diana understand me and provided me a wonderful experience, she does hair SO pretty!!! My hair felt so silky and smooth. My hair is naturally curly and they’re still intact once I washed my hair. I already have my next appointment scheduled!
