I received a beautiful full set gelX manicure, Russian pedicure, brow lamination with tint and wax and an upper lip wax as well. I had the brow lamination and lash lift done. I’m very happy with how it looks. The price was reasonable. Some things I didn’t like: you go to an office suite that has signage for another company and sit in a recliner, my request for a patch test was ignored, and I was given no after care instructions. I didn’t anticipate how vulnerable I would feel with having to keep my eyes closed. It was disconcerting when someone walked in started chatting with the tech in a language I didn’t understand.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Sanaz did my manicure and Sara did my pedicure, and they both did a fantastic job. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the whole experience was so relaxing and pleasant. You don’t always get such a genuinely welcoming atmosphere at nail salons. Sometimes it can feel like everyone is rushing to get to the next client. This experience was the complete opposite. I felt truly attended to, cared for, and never rushed. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be back!

Booked the Total Brown Makeover (wax, tint, and lamination). Was super nervous at first but she made me feel super comfortable! Always made sure I liked the way she was shaping them before moving on. I’ve been trying various salons in my area, and today was my first time at Painted Pretty. Lilia did my pedicure and Anna did my manicure. My experience was so wonderful that I booked my next appointment before I left. It was clean, quiet, and parking was easy. They use higher quality polishes which is so nice. My hard gel manicure is perfect, which is so important to me. Anna is obviously very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciated that they asked whether they could use/apply lotion or oil - which I honestly don’t really enjoy and love that they gave me a choice.

Service was a quick polish change and Olga was really nice. What wasn’t nice was the guy sitting next to me playing some reel with loud gunshots ruining the relaxing vibe. After I said something he stopped but he turned it on again when I got up and was leaving.
