10/10 service! If you want the celebrity experience, this is the spa for you! I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and clean environment. I received a beautiful full set gelX manicure, Russian pedicure, brow lamination with tint and wax and an upper lip wax as well. The staff were kind and professional, the prices were fair and the quality is top notch! I’m looking forward to my next visit and I highly recommend to others!

I had the brow lamination and lash lift done. I’m very happy with how it looks. The price was reasonable. Some things I didn’t like: you go to an office suite that has signage for another company and sit in a recliner, my request for a patch test was ignored, and I was given no after care instructions. I didn’t anticipate how vulnerable I would feel with having to keep my eyes closed. It was disconcerting when someone walked in started chatting with the tech in a language I didn’t understand.

This is my first time trying a brow lamination service and Lindsay did an amazing job! I love my brows so much and I will be rebooking with her again!! The whole experience was so relaxing and she was so gentle, all while using clean and gentle products to create my beautiful results. I cannot stop staring at my brows!! Julie was so lovely from start to finish! I needed a facial to clear up my skin from all the makeup I use daily for work and I needed a little spa retreat to relax. Not only did I come out of this facial with GLOWING skin, but she carved my jawline back!!! She's also SO much fun, we kept laughing throughout the appointment. 10/10 will be coming back!!

had an amazing Russian Manicure at Shadi Nails Encino, and the result was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and cleanliness were outstanding. Before that, I also had a Russian Pedicure at Shadi Nails in Canoga Park on Sherman Way, and it was just as amazing. The salon has a beautiful boutique vibe and the quality of work is excellent. If you are looking for Russian manicure or Russian pedicure in Los Angeles, I highly recommend Shadi Nails Encino and Shadi Nails Canoga Park. Truly one of the best nail salon experiences!

I had such an amazing experience with Shannon for my brow lamination with tint and shaping. It was my first time ever doing a lamination and tint, and it has been years since I’ve even shaped my brows. She was so attentive, meticulous, and determined to send me home with brows that I loved. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, gently walked me through the process, and listened attentively to what look I was hoping for. I am so happy with how my brows turned out!!! I will absolutely be back.

Layla is wonderful. She performed a brow lamination and eyelash lift with tint for me. It was a comfortable, clean and fun environment to be in. She is a great artist with over 11 years of experience. Layla, made me feel comfortable even though I’m a man getting these procedures done. Booked the Total Brown Makeover (wax, tint, and lamination). Was super nervous at first but she made me feel super comfortable! Always made sure I liked the way she was shaping them before moving on. Obsessed with how my eyebrows turned out. I also really appreciate her availability since it makes it easy for me to book a time after work. I had a fantastic first-time experience at this salon. Destiny did an absolutely amazing job on my bio gel manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she really took the time to ensure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and professional, making it the perfect way to unwind. This was my first experience here - I normally go to Nail Sunny but my GelX tips kept popping off after about 10 days, so I wanted to try some place new. QTQL was incredible. Anni did my finger nails and I’m not sure who did my toes, but the energy was great, the job was done very well, and they even offered me a special drink from Esso next door. I got a matcha. Let’s see how long this last !! I expect a $200 + nail experience to last 2-3 weeks and for the energy to be positive as opposed to some places where the technicians seem overworked and distressed.
