I had a lymphic drainage massage which is a really light massage. I didn’t know this is part of the expert technique. My body felt amazing afterwards and Nora was so lovely. She gave me plenty of advice around my diagnosis/operation. I really thought it was going to be a “fad” as I’ve seen so many people having them on social media. But honestly the results relaxed my nervous system and helped my bloating.

I had a wonderful massage with Nora, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. She tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed, and the hot stones were amazing! She regularly checked in about the pressure and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The room was lovely, with thoughtful little touches like fresh Thai tea, which made the whole experience feel extra special. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and would definitely recommend! Lymphatic detox massage before going on holiday just the trick some swelling minimised by wearing compression socks, minimal swelling too during my stay. Can't recommend this treatment enough relaxing massage with great results.

Absolutely amazing, I went in with a sore back from a gym injury, left feeling like I had a new back! Ken is amazing, did an indepth consultation to locate the main areas for working on. The tray of tea, water and snacks was a lovely touch. I cant wait to book my next visit

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I'm so grateful to have found a practitioner who is on my skincare wavelength! Rachel is so knowledgeable and caring for my skin type (dramatically sensitive, dry, eczema prone AND aging - lucky me!) I've recently started microneedling and really appreciate that Rachel focuses on getting results without over doing things. From both sessions so far, I've left feeling properly cleansed and hydrated, and have already noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin.
