The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Very friendly and professional team. Kaneesha is knowledgeable about her treatments, have so much patience and provide excellent guidance on aftercare. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to make a positive change in yourself. I must also commend them on their massage room. The room itself is welcoming and feels very relaxing and calming with the colour scheme adding a lovely touch. What makes it even more relaxing is the warm-hearted blankets they use, which add that extra touch of care and comfort for their clients. It is very much appreciated.
