She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed

The staff are professional, warm and attentive. The standard of treatment is excellent. I was advised on expectations of results and guided to the most effective treatment for me and my concerns. I was thrilled with the results and the aftercare advice and products post procedure. They will never carry out a procedure that is not for you and offer an alternative. It’s important to listen to them, they know what they’re doing.

Gee is super friendly and puts you at ease from the get go but at the same time professional. Treatment room clean and comfortable and pretty in pink. The treatment itself for me personally was painless, yes it nips a bit but I wouldn't say it's painful. She took her time, advised what was best and the outcome is I'm a very very happy lady. Already looking to book my next treatment.
