Laura is incredible! Not only was the facial ultra relaxing, but my skin was so glowy and glassy afterwards, it looked better than ever! The skincare and product advice is always excellent and she knew exactly which products would be best for my skin. Another 5 star experience at Nay's Beauty Room! The luxury Kaeso facial earns its name owing to the quality of the skincare and Nay's skills. It's soo relaxing 🥹 Calming music, a warm and cosy space, and the perfect pressure and application. I genuinely think I dozed off at one point and my skin has never looked better!! I would definitely recommend this treatment to people with sensitive skin like myself - treat yourself 😌💅

I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).

I came to creations salon for the first time and had the hydrofacial All I can say is I had the best facial, I could tell the difference straight away. Jeanette is lovely she knows about skincare, took her time with my facial,talked about skin care products, I cannot thank her enough. I'm coming again :)

Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Laura is so professional and knowledgeable about the products she uses and the treatments she offers. She really makes you feel at ease and you know you are in safe hands. She takes the time to discuss your skin concerns before helping you choose the treatments that are right for you. I have had a combination of Meso Therapy, Derma eye and microneedling and I am so happy with the results. I have had lots of comments from friends on how good my skin looks. 10/10 I would always recommend Laura.

Nay's Kaeso facial was absolutely AMAZING. I came home and just admired my fave in the mirror bc I was GLOWING! Nay's created a warm, relaxing atmosphere where all your worries just melt away ❤️ I have fairly sensitive skin and none of the products irritated my face in any way, and Nay is incredible with her massages, consultation, and attention to detail. I've just found my favourite beauty treatment and I can't WAIT to go back, especially as we go into the cold winter months ✨🫶

I can’t recommend highly enough. The 2nd u walk through the door ur greeted by Nays calming&welcoming presence&the most gorgeous smell. The environment is instantly calming. The beauty room is a beautiful sanctuary of calm.Nay is such a wonderful soul-she is so calming&welcoming. Her knowledge of skincare is exceptional. She talked me through each stage of the facial&made me feel so comfortable&at ease. The products used were lovely&smelt gorgeous.The massage included was such a lovely addition to the facial-I felt so relaxed.My skin felt amazing after&Ive been so happy with the results since.
