Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Laura is incredible! Not only was the facial ultra relaxing, but my skin was so glowy and glassy afterwards, it looked better than ever! The skincare and product advice is always excellent and she knew exactly which products would be best for my skin. I came to creations salon for the first time and had the hydrofacial All I can say is I had the best facial, I could tell the difference straight away. Jeanette is lovely she knows about skincare, took her time with my facial,talked about skin care products, I cannot thank her enough. I'm coming again :)

Just had my third Elemis Biotec facial with Jeanette. Amazing results already. What I love most about this salon is the time Jeanette took both during my first appointment and during the following ones to talk through my skincare needs and expectations. I originally went for dermaplaning only however linsay managed to squeeze in an extra treatment being skin boosters. She’s professional and puts you at ease and it felt more like a catch up than an appointment. Loving the results already and excited to see full result in a couple of days

I had an amazing Obagi peel treatment with Becky, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Becky explained each step and gave great aftercare advice, which really helped my skin heal beautifully. I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).

Had an amazing Mesotherapy treatment (frozen facial) done by Chantelle. Lovely results and I shall definitely be returning for more treatments. I researched therapists for a more intense facial as I wanted a positive and safe experience. She is very experienced in beauty and her quality of service is second to none. Libby is amazing! I’ve been going to her for monthly facials in prep for my wedding in August, and my skin is the BEST it’s ever been. I just regret not finding her sooner! Ive had aesthetics with her too and was such a good experience, I was so pleased with the results. Not only is she great at what she does but she’s so lovely and down to earth. Honestly can’t recommend her enough x
