Riana listens carefully to what you want and also talks you through realistic expectations. I've had 2 treatments with Riana and both have been attentive with amazing results. I recently had the polynucleotide treatment on my under eyes, there was minimal downtime with barely any discomfort. Riana talked me through the treatment step by step, and answered any questions I had before, during and after the treatment. I was worried about the pain but she was gentle and patient and put my mind at ease. She listened to each of my worries and helped me through them, letting me set my own pace. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. The pain was minimal and I would only go to Riana to get my treatments done.
