Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Love seeing Nicola for my brow / Lash tint and brow wax. She always knows exactly what to do to make me look good. I have pale hair and they never look too obvious. Highly recommend.

I went to Nicola a few years ago for laser hair removal and it honestly changed my life. The results were amazing, but what stood out just as much was how comfortable and at ease she made me feel from the very first appointment. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about getting the best results for you. I’ve recommended her to my sister for tattoo removal and laser hair removal, and she’s had the same positive experience. I’ll also be bringing my daughter soon, which says everything about how much I trust Nicola. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Nicola for years now. My nails are done to perfection and she has a great choice of colours. I also have my eyebrows waxed and tinted which Nicola does a great job with. We always have a nice chat too!

Had my first visit with Natalie yesterday. I’m new to the area and needed to find someone I felt at ease with to do my Botox. Straight away I felt welcomed and knew I’d picked the right person. Very clean and comfortable studio. I didn’t even feel the procedure and that’s a first. Thank you Natalie I will see you soon.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!

Donna is the facial queen! She makes me feel relaxed and comfortable and leaves me feeling like a glowing goddess.

I’ve recently had a skin treatment plan with Donna and the results have been fab! The facials and treatments in the salon have been really great and made a noticeable difference and Donna has also provided great home care advice to really make a difference.

Had another great microneedling facial with Rachel. Mostly relaxing, slightly spicy on the forehead but loving the changes in my skin xx
