Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

Elliot quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do that have alleviated almost all of my pain. He explained everything to me in detail, down to the videos that he sent me so that I can remind myself how the exercises are to be properly completed. I highly recommend Elliot.

I cannot recommend Erik enough! I’m 5 months postpartum & have been struggling with neck/shoulder pain from breastfeeding & carrying my baby, & I felt like a new woman after my appointment. Erik was friendly & professional, listened to my concerns & made me feel comfortable & informed of what he was doing & why. His assessment at the beginning of my appointment highlighted the specific areas I was having issues with & at the end of my appointment these were all feeling much better. He also recommended some exercises to help me moving forward. I’ve already recommend him to friends and family!

Tori is fantastic at working into areas you didn’t even know you needed addressing. She combines her medical and sports knowledge to provide an excellent in depth muscle recovery session whilst combining with her lovely holistic yoga practices making it relaxing while you feel you are being worked and any missies eased. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

My second massage with Erik. I have a rare spinal disorder and Erik has really taken the time to understand the challenges associated with it, and also how best to adapt the massage for my particular limitations. I have been sufferering with a very stiff neck and shoulders and a trapped nerve, and I feel significant relief after my massage…which is incredible after days of pain. Thank you Erik!!

Hutch , technical ability is great he understands how to reduce the problem from where the pain started. Explains why I had a problem in the first place and as long as I followed the instructions doing my work out every day. Over a period of time it will improve.
