Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina is so knowledgeable about the styles she uses and I felt safe, nourished and entirely at ease. Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

I had a 60 minute Swedish massage from Dean which was excellent. He was friendly and professional, checking in to see how the pressure was. He has quite the collection of essential oils to choose from depending on whether you want to be relaxed or energised. I came away fully relaxed . Great value for money!
