I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! I felt amazing afterwards, and even felt some relief in my chronic lower back pain. I 100% recommend and will definitely be booking another session!
