I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. I now feel hopeful and excited again for my rehab. Thank you Fares!

Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days

Laura is absolutely fabulous. I have had 4 sessions with her in the last fortnight, I have highlighted my issues and things I'd like to improve. Posture, flexibility and problem areas, she listens and identifies, targets specific areas and correction suggestions. Exactly what I needed and need. Working with Bilal has been great. During my physio session, he identified the underlying issue and provided clear recommendations to address it. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I also had a deep tissue treatment, which was excellent. If you’re an athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Laura helped me with lymphatic drainage as I was struggling with sinusitis. She talked me through the process and me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Woke up the following morning with clear sinuses. Best therapist by far. Thank you Laura.
